3. Mac App Store Compliance

Klaude Fuel Gauge - AI Usage is distributed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store. Your use of the app is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the Mac App Store.

Klaude Fuel Gauge - AI Usage is an unofficial tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" and related marks are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.

The app accesses Claude's web API using browser-based session authentication — the same method your browser uses when you visit claude.ai. This approach may not be sanctioned by Anthropic's Terms of Service. By downloading and using this application, you acknowledge that:

Anthropic may modify, restrict, or terminate API access at any time, which could affect the app's functionality.
Your Claude account could potentially be affected by the use of unofficial API clients.
This app is signed and notarised by Apple, but Apple's notarisation does not constitute endorsement of the API access method.
